The Angle Liner/Spoolie is a double ended brow brush. On one end is a large taklon angle liner brush that can be used with liquid, powder, gel, and cream products to help create winged liner as well as fill in the brows. On the other end is a spoolie that helps groom both the lashes and the brows.
