Graftobian Luster Powders, especially in the lighter shades, are frequently used as Intensifiers when applied to highlight certain areas of the face for some of today’s very popular high glamour looks.
Luster Powder can be used over any foundation as an eye shadow or even as a body dusting.Â
To use: In order to create intense, fantasy eyes, apply powder over the Luster Creme to intensify the effect and to “set” the Luster Crème.Â
Note: The ideal tool for application of Luster Make-Up is the Foam-Tipped Luster Powder Applicator #88425.
For virtually smudge-proof Luster make-ups, powder the Luster Creme with the matching luster powder and then LIGHTLY spray with Setting Spray to seal the make-up.
