APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to ensure that all our clients receive exceptional service, we have implemented certain policies. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. As part of our commitment to providing an outstanding experience and respecting our makeup artist’s time, we have established the following guidelines:
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: To accommodate other clients and our makeup artists, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or show up for an appointment will result in full payment. Please note that if an appointment is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.
ARRIVAL TIME: We kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Each service has a specific time frame, and arriving early allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If you anticipate being late, please be aware that your service(s) may be shortened to maintain the schedule.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: All appointments start and end promptly to ensure the next client is not delayed. If the session cannot begin on time, the allotted time will be adjusted accordingly, and you will still be responsible for the full price. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience, but late arrivals will not receive additional time. In certain cases, if our schedule permits, we may accommodate a partial or full appointment at our discretion, but only with prior notification of the delay.
